How It works

Its simple!  Have a browse, choose your favourite item(s) and add into the basket.  When you have finished shopping complete your order through the checkout with your shipping and payment details.  Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation.  If you are purchasing a piece of horsehair jewellery the address to send the hair to is as follows:

Horsetails and Jewellery, 51 Grattons Drive, Pound Hill, Crawley, West Sussex. RH10 3AQ.  Remember to label your package with Name, Address, contact number, email and order number. 

I require a full length of at least 30cm for bracelets and bangles, pencil width, clean piece of your horses tail.  If this is not possible as perhaps your special partner has already past away there are some jewellery items which are made using very small amounts of hair , such as the ring or pendants.   You can always drop me an email if your are unsure.

A plaiting band works perfectly to tie the hair together and a bit of washing up liquid will clean the grease out of the hair ready for me to braid once received.

Please note items can take between 4 - 6 weeks for delivery from the time your horses hair is received. So please bear this in mind when ordering.
